Role Summary: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) seeks a dedicated and knowledgeable Sanskrit Teacher to impart language and cultural education to employees' children or for internal training programs, fostering an appreciation for Sanskrit literature and its relevance. This role is crucial for promoting cultural enrichment within the NFL community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sanskrit curriculum suitable for various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Conduct engaging and interactive Sanskrit classes, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and script.
- Teach Sanskrit literature, including shlokas, verses, and stories, explaining their meanings and cultural significance.
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize and conduct cultural activities, such as Sanskrit recitation competitions, drama performances, and festivals.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and progress reports for all students.
- Collaborate with parents and school administration (if applicable) to ensure student well-being and academic success.
- Stay updated with the latest pedagogical approaches and resources for teaching Sanskrit.
