Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the scheduling of resources, personnel, and activities for our water and wastewater treatment projects across India. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient project execution, timely delivery, and effective resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and external vendors to gather information for scheduling.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints.
- Track project progress against the schedule and report on deviations.
- Optimize schedules for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and distribute regular schedule updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Manage changes to the schedule and assess their impact on project deliverables.
