Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team at MyGamePlan. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and optimizing the scheduling of various sports events, training sessions, and resource allocations across our platform. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of sports academies and events managed through MyGamePlan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions, matches, and events for multiple sports academies and teams.
• Optimize resource allocation, including grounds, equipment, and personnel, to ensure efficient utilization.
• Communicate effectively with coaches, athletes, parents, and facility managers regarding schedule changes and updates.
• Utilize the MyGamePlan platform to create, modify, and maintain accurate schedules.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address any logistical challenges that may arise.
• Maintain detailed records of all scheduled activities and resource bookings.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of special events and tournaments.
