Scheduler

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Biocon Limited. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely execution of tasks within our biotechnology manufacturing and research facilities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update production schedules, laboratory schedules, and personnel schedules.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Production, R&D, Quality Control, Maintenance) to gather scheduling requirements and constraints.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively implement solutions.
- Optimize resource utilization (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet operational demands.
- Track schedule adherence and report on deviations, providing root cause analysis for any delays.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in capacity planning and forecasting based on project pipelines and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes.
