Scheduler

Role Summary: We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Schedulers to join our Defence & Aerospace division. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules for complex aerospace manufacturing and development programs. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely project completion and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Integrate program plans, schedules, and budgets to create a comprehensive project timeline.
• Identify critical path activities and potential project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather schedule updates and ensure alignment.
• Manage schedule changes and updates effectively, ensuring all revisions are documented and communicated.
• Support resource planning and allocation based on schedule requirements.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
