Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SCM & Logistics professional to join our team at Repro India Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of our printing and publishing products across India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of logistics management within the printing and publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
• Negotiate with vendors, carriers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and rates.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, procurement) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics and supply chain personnel.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
