Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SCM & Logistics professional with an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, with a strong understanding of operational efficiency and cost optimization within the e-learning/ed-tech sector. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our supply chain operations to support our rapid growth and ensure timely delivery of educational materials and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain and logistics plans to support business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery times.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, product) to align logistics strategies with overall business needs.
• Implement and manage technology solutions for supply chain visibility and management.
