Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SCM & Logistics professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and possess a strong understanding of supply chain principles within the beverage industry. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the seamless flow of goods from production to market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing and optimizing inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
* Support the planning and execution of inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and warehousing.
* Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, sales) to ensure alignment on supply chain activities.
* Participate in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and processes.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain.
* Support the resolution of logistical issues and disruptions.
