Screen Writer (2-4 Yrs) for M.Sc Graduates

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Screen Writer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and informative scripts for various BPO and call center training modules, internal communications, and marketing materials. This role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, scriptwriting conventions, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia teams to produce high-quality content that enhances learning and communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, write, and edit scripts for training videos, e-learning modules, and interactive simulations for BPO operations.
- Develop engaging narratives and dialogue for customer service scenarios and role-playing exercises.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate information and ensure technical content is correctly represented.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms, including internal communications and external marketing materials.
- Work with multimedia teams (video producers, animators) to ensure scripts are effectively translated into visual and auditory content.
- Review and revise scripts based on feedback from stakeholders and performance metrics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all written content.
- Research industry trends and best practices in content creation and instructional design.
