Screen Writer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Screen Writer with 3-6 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling narratives and scripts for various multimedia projects, including corporate videos, marketing campaigns, and internal training modules, all within the context of the leather industry. Your technical background from a BCA will be valuable in understanding and translating complex concepts into engaging visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original story concepts and write engaging scripts for video content, advertisements, and other multimedia formats.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and design teams to understand project objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform script development.
- Adapt existing content or briefs into compelling screenplays.
- Ensure scripts are aligned with brand messaging and company values.
- Work with directors and production teams to interpret scripts and provide creative input during production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize a strong understanding of narrative structure, character development, and dialogue writing.
- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills developed through a BCA to structure narratives logically and effectively.
