Screen Writer - Corporate Communications (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Screen Writer with 1-3 years of experience to join our Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for storytelling within a corporate environment. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and developing engaging video content that aligns with Bajaj Finance's brand messaging and communication objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of visual narrative and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop scripts for a variety of corporate video projects, including marketing campaigns, internal communications, training modules, and brand stories.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure scripts are aligned with project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, financial products, and competitor activities to inform script development.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms and audiences.
- Ensure all scripts are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise scripts accordingly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of visual storytelling techniques and how they translate to the screen.
- Assist in storyboarding and pre-production planning where required.
