Search Engineer (1-2 Yrs) | Kochi

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Search Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of search technologies and data indexing. You will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our internal search systems, ensuring efficient and accurate retrieval of information for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of search algorithms and data indexing strategies.
- Work with large datasets to build and maintain search indexes, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
- Optimize search performance for speed and accuracy, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand information retrieval needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to search functionality and data indexing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our search infrastructure and tools.
- Document search system configurations, processes, and technical specifications.
