Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Search Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our internal search functionalities and external-facing legal knowledge platforms. You will work closely with legal professionals and technology teams to ensure efficient access to critical legal information and improve search accuracy and relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain search algorithms and indexing strategies for large legal document repositories.
Develop and enhance search relevance, ranking, and query understanding capabilities.
Collaborate with legal teams to understand their information retrieval needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Analyze search performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
Integrate search solutions with existing legal tech platforms and databases.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in search technologies, NLP, and information retrieval.
