We are seeking a talented and motivated Search Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing search functionalities that power our internal knowledge base, deal sourcing platforms, and data analytics tools. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and investment professionals to ensure our search solutions are efficient, accurate, and scalable, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust search algorithms and indexing strategies.
- Implement and optimize search relevance, ranking, and query understanding.
- Integrate search solutions with various data sources and internal systems.
- Design and build APIs for search functionalities.
- Monitor search performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define search requirements and user experience.
