We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Search Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. As a Search Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our search functionalities, ensuring our customers and internal teams can easily find the information they need. This role is ideal for a B.Sc graduate looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of search algorithms and data structures.
Develop and execute strategies to improve search relevance, accuracy, and performance.
Analyze search query logs and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering) to understand search requirements and implement solutions.
Index and manage large datasets to ensure efficient searchability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to search functionality.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in search engineering.
