Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Second Officer / Mate with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess an MCA degree and a foundational understanding of biotechnology processes and quality control. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of daily operations within the biotechnology unit.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
- Support in the maintenance of accurate batch records and documentation.
- Participate in quality control checks and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the senior officers and scientific team on various projects.
- Assist in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
