Second Officer / Mate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Second Officer / Mate to join our growing team. The Second Officer / Mate will be responsible for assisting the Chief Officer in the overall operations and management of our facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining efficient workflow within the semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of operational procedures and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Officer in daily operational tasks and supervision.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the facility.
• Monitor and manage inventory of materials and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of machinery and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in the training and development of junior staff.
• Prepare reports on operational efficiency, safety incidents, and inventory status.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
