Security Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Administrator with 5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect our organization's digital assets and sensitive information. This role requires a deep understanding of network security, system administration, and threat mitigation strategies within the media and entertainment technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and controls to protect company systems and data.
- Monitor network and system activity for security breaches, intrusions, and other cybersecurity incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and remediate weaknesses.
- Respond to security incidents, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Manage and maintain security hardware and software, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and VPNs.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend appropriate security measures.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and data privacy laws.
