Security Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and skilled Security Analyst to join our BPO operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats and incidents to protect our clients' sensitive data and our internal systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure operational environment and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and events from various sources (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security).
- Investigate potential security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation actions.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security controls and technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of operations.
- Respond to security breaches and manage incident response activities.
- Assist in security awareness training for employees.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, Indian data protection laws).
