Security Auditor

Role Summary:
HAL seeks a diligent and experienced Security Auditor to assess and enhance the security posture of its corporate IT infrastructure and systems. The Security Auditor will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, recommending remediation strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations within the defence and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive security audits of IT systems, networks, applications, and databases.
- Identify security vulnerabilities, threats, and risks through various assessment methodologies (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability scanning).
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with national and international security standards and regulations applicable to the defence industry.
- Review and analyze security logs and incident reports.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
