Security Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Consultant to join our Defence & Aerospace division in India. The Security Consultant will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing robust security solutions to protect sensitive information, critical infrastructure, and intellectual property within our organization and for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique security challenges in the defence and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for aerospace and defence systems and facilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, ISO 27001, ITAR, DGCA regulations).
• Design and architect security solutions, including physical security, cybersecurity, and personnel security measures.
• Provide expert advice and consultation on security matters to project teams, management, and clients.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls and technologies.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the defence and aerospace industry.
