Security Consultant

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance on enhancing the security posture of our manufacturing and production facilities. The ideal candidate will assess risks, develop security strategies, and implement solutions to protect our assets, intellectual property, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments for manufacturing plants, supply chains, and IT/OT systems.
- Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Design and oversee the implementation of physical security measures, including access control, surveillance, and perimeter protection.
- Advise on cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
- Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and engineering, to integrate security into all aspects of the business.
- Stay updated with emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the manufacturing sector.
