Security Consultant (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Security Consultant with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) background to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to enhance our security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and design user-centric security solutions within the FinTech domain. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding and creative problem-solving to address complex security challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments and risk analyses of existing and new systems, applications, and infrastructure within the FinTech ecosystem.
- Design and propose security frameworks and solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, with a focus on user experience and usability.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard sensitive customer data and company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and operations, to integrate security considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to proactively improve our security defenses.
- Create compelling security awareness materials and training programs, utilizing design principles to enhance engagement and understanding.
- Translate complex technical security concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
