Security Consultant - Iron & Steel (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Security Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM education and practical experience to enhance and maintain the security posture of our Iron & Steel operations. You will be instrumental in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments across physical and cyber domains relevant to the Iron & Steel industry.

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Analyze security incidents, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into business processes.

Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

Assist in security awareness training programs for employees.

Contribute to the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
