Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Security Engineer/Analyst to join our dynamic IT security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our digital assets, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems and data. This role is crucial in maintaining the trust and security of our global operations and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and events from various security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls) and investigate potential security incidents.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses across the organization's infrastructure and applications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery efforts, and conduct post-incident analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security is integrated into system design and development lifecycles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in security awareness training for employees.
