Role Summary: The Security / Fraud Analyst will be responsible for safeguarding L&T's assets and operations by identifying, investigating, and mitigating security threats and fraudulent activities. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to risk management within the engineering and construction domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security logs, network traffic, and system events to detect suspicious activities and potential security breaches.
- Investigate suspected cases of fraud, waste, and abuse within the company's projects and operations.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to prevent fraud and enhance overall security posture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, and project management teams, to address security concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats, fraud trends, and relevant regulations within the engineering and construction industry.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, fraud investigations, and risk mitigation efforts for management review.
