Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security / Fraud professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating security risks and fraudulent activities across various projects and operations within our Engineering & Construction division in India. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols, fraud detection mechanisms, and risk management principles within a large-scale project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to prevent fraud and protect company assets.
• Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, including data analysis, evidence gathering, and reporting.
• Assess and manage security risks associated with projects, supply chains, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., project management, legal, audit) and external agencies to address security concerns.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in security and fraud prevention.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security protocols and fraud prevention.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify anomalies and potential fraud indicators.
