Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical individual with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our Security and Fraud team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will focus on identifying, investigating, and mitigating potential security risks and fraudulent activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for detail to safeguard company assets and maintain operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, including data analysis, evidence gathering, and report generation.
- Monitor financial transactions and internal controls to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal) to address security concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging fraud schemes, and relevant regulatory changes.
- Support the team in ad-hoc security and fraud-related projects as required.
