Security Head

Role Summary:
Pratham Education Foundation seeks a highly experienced and vigilant Security Head to oversee and manage all aspects of security for its operations across India. The Security Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security strategies to protect personnel, assets, and information, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
• Oversee the management and supervision of the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and effective utilization of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Develop and execute emergency preparedness and response plans, including crisis management and business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national security regulations and laws.
• Liaise with external security agencies, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
• Manage the security budget effectively and ensure cost-efficient security operations.
• Promote a strong security-aware culture throughout the organization.
