Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Head to oversee and manage all aspects of physical and information security for our operations in Kochi. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong design thinking background and a keen interest in security architecture, looking to contribute to a leading automobile manufacturer. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect company assets, data, and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and propose mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Manage information security protocols, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Investigate security incidents, breaches, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to security.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage security budgets and vendor relationships.
