Security Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Security Head to lead and manage all aspects of security for our growing oil and gas operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security strategies to protect our assets, personnel, and operations from all potential threats, including physical, cyber, and geopolitical risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and protocols across all company sites and operations.
- Oversee the physical security of all company facilities, including exploration sites, production facilities, and corporate offices.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity threats, ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure and sensitive data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, intelligence services, and relevant government bodies.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and manage the security team, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international security regulations and standards.
- Manage the security budget effectively and ensure cost-efficient security operations.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, and adapt strategies accordingly.
