Security Head at AU Small Finance Bank

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Head to join our team at AU Small Finance Bank in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience in security operations and management, who is looking to make a significant impact in a growing banking environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our assets, data, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies and procedures aligned with banking regulations and best practices.

Oversee physical security measures for all branches and offices, including access control and surveillance systems.

Manage and coordinate the response to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines).

Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders as needed.

Manage security awareness training programs for employees.

Monitor and manage security budgets and vendor relationships.
