Security Head (Full-Time) | Nagpur

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Security Head to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate with 0-1 years of experience, looking to build a career in corporate security management within the real estate sector. The Security Head will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security protocols to ensure the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures.

Monitor security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.

Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.

Manage and train security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.

Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
