Security Head - Recruitment / Staffing (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and vigilant Security Head to oversee and manage the physical and information security of our Vadodara office. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure working environment for our employees and protecting company assets and data. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of security protocols and a proactive approach to risk management, suitable for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and no mandatory graduation requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard company premises, assets, and data.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and access control points to detect and deter unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular security checks and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage visitor access and ensure all visitors comply with security regulations.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain security logs and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist in developing and delivering basic security awareness training to employees.
- Manage the security team (if applicable) and ensure their efficient performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest security trends and best practices relevant to the recruitment industry.
