We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Management professional with an LLM degree to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for overseeing and enhancing the security protocols for our diverse range of live events and entertainment offerings. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal acumen and practical security experience to ensure the safety and security of our patrons, artists, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security management plans for various live events and venues.

Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability evaluations specific to the entertainment and events industry.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national security regulations and legal frameworks, leveraging LLM knowledge.

Manage and train on-site security personnel, including crowd control strategies and emergency response procedures.

Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventative measures.

Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as required.
