Security Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Security Management professional to oversee and enhance the security infrastructure and protocols across Nykaa's operations in India. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety of our employees, assets, data, and customers, while mitigating potential risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Manage and supervise on-site security personnel and external security vendors.
- Oversee physical security measures for all Nykaa facilities, including warehouses, offices, and retail stores.
- Implement and manage access control systems, surveillance systems (CCTV), and alarm systems.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPB) and company data security policies.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Manage emergency response plans and business continuity strategies.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders when necessary.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging security threats to proactively adapt security strategies.
