Security Management

Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking a diligent and proactive Security Management professional to safeguard our digital and physical assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data, infrastructure, and personnel. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of IT systems and physical facilities.
- Manage and monitor security systems, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection.
- Investigate security breaches and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Indian IT Act).
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
- Oversee incident response planning and execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security threats and best practices.
