Security Management (Diploma Required) - Nagpur

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Security Management professional to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a Diploma in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in security operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security protocols to safeguard company assets, personnel, and information. This includes managing physical security, access control, surveillance, and emergency response planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Manage and supervise on-site security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, reporting findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Manage visitor access and ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Train employees on security awareness and best practices.
- Maintain accurate security logs and documentation.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations effectively.
