Security Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance the security posture of our logistics operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security strategies to protect our assets, personnel, and data, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is critical in safeguarding our supply chain and maintaining operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and guidelines for all Delhivery facilities and operations.

Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and implement mitigation strategies.

Oversee the implementation and management of physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Manage and train security personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped and adhere to security protocols.

Investigate security breaches, incidents, and loss prevention matters, providing detailed reports and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with all national and local security regulations, including those related to transportation and logistics.

Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees across different levels.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, HR, legal) and external agencies (law enforcement) on security matters.

Manage security budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
