Security Marshal (Bouncer)

Role Summary: The Security Marshal will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within Jio's corporate premises. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and the ability to handle various security situations effectively. The Security Marshal will be the first point of contact for security-related matters and will ensure the smooth and safe functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol company premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of the law.

Deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.

Identify potential security risks and take preventative measures.

Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

Control access to the building and ensure all visitors are properly identified and authorized.

Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries.

Report any security incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to management.

Maintain a professional and authoritative presence to ensure order.

Conduct basic security checks and sweeps as required.
