Security Marshal (Bouncer)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Marshal (Bouncer) to ensure the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and premises at our India-based WPP office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, preventing unauthorized access, and responding effectively to any security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the WPP office premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Conduct regular patrols of the office space and surrounding areas to detect and deter any suspicious activities.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and clients.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any security breaches, emergencies, or disturbances.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Report any security incidents, observations, or concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Assist with crowd control during events or high-traffic periods.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems as needed.
