Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and physically fit Security Marshal (Bouncer) to ensure the safety and security of our corporate premises in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, preventing unauthorized access, and responding effectively to any security incidents. This role is crucial in upholding a secure and professional environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol company premises to ensure security and deter any potential threats.
- Monitor access points and control entry to the premises, verifying identification and authorization.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Escort individuals from the premises if necessary, using professional de-escalation techniques.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors, offering directions and information.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the security supervisor.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities.
- Assist in crowd management during events or high-traffic periods.
- Conduct basic security checks of vehicles and individuals entering the premises.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
