Security Marshal (Bouncer) - Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Marshal (Bouncer) with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and personnel in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanor to manage access, deter potential threats, and respond effectively to any security incidents within the agriculture and forestry sector operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or disturbances.
- Greet and screen visitors, employees, and contractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain a professional and authoritative presence to deter any potential security risks.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches in a calm and decisive manner.
- Report any suspicious activities or security lapses to the management immediately.
- Assist in crowd management during events or high-traffic periods.
- Conduct basic security checks of premises and vehicles.
- Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and visitor entries.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Uphold company policies and security standards at all times.
