Security Marshal (Bouncer) Careers in Thane

The ideal candidate will leverage their 3-4 years of experience and MBA/PGDM qualification to implement strategic security measures and manage potential risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of CII premises, events, and personnel by monitoring access points and patrolling designated areas.

Implement and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures with a focus on risk mitigation and incident prevention.

Respond promptly and effectively to any security breaches, emergencies, or disturbances, de-escalating situations calmly and professionally.

Conduct regular security assessments and provide reports on potential vulnerabilities and recommendations for improvement, utilizing analytical skills honed during MBA/PGDM.

Manage crowd control during events and large gatherings, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
