Security Marshal (Bouncer) (Graduation Not Required) - Indore

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Marshal (Bouncer) to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in security or a related field, who possess a strong sense of duty and excellent interpersonal skills. The Security Marshal will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This position does not require a formal graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.

Monitor access points and control the entry and exit of individuals.

Deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.

Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks.

Assist in enforcing company policies and regulations.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Report any security breaches or suspicious activities to management.
