Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and well-educated Security Marshal (Bouncer) with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks, conflict resolution, and customer service, leveraging their LLM knowledge to de-escalate situations and maintain order with professionalism and authority. This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in security or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter any potential threats or disturbances.
- Conduct thorough security checks of individuals and their belongings entering the premises, adhering to established protocols.
- Proactively identify and assess potential security risks, implementing preventive measures.
- Professionally and impartially enforce company policies and regulations.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches, ensuring the safety of all.
- Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques, informed by an understanding of legal rights and responsibilities, to manage difficult situations.
- Provide clear and concise directions and assistance to visitors and employees.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, providing accurate information.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, documenting all security-related events and actions taken.
