Security Marshal (Bouncer) role in Building Material

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Marshal (Bouncer) with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our corporate security team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and premises, ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

Monitoring access points and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility.

Responding promptly and effectively to any security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.

Utilizing knowledge of legal frameworks (LLB background) to ensure all security actions are within legal boundaries.

Maintaining a professional and authoritative presence to deter unauthorized activities.

Preparing and submitting incident reports in a clear and concise manner.

Assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and providing guidance.

Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
