Job Description
Role Summary: The Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect the company's assets, data, and personnel within our Indian operations. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Manage and supervise security personnel and contractors.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international security regulations and standards.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders.
