Job Description
Role Summary: The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the physical and information security of Infosys's facilities and assets in India. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures to protect employees, data, and infrastructure from threats and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols.
- Oversee the management of access control systems and surveillance equipment.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate security breaches and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.
- Manage security personnel and provide training on security awareness.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain and update security documentation and incident reports.
