Security Officer

Role Summary: The Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding the company's assets, personnel, and information by implementing and overseeing security policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and mitigate potential security risks within the WNS India operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
• Manage security personnel and oversee their performance.
